Flower Blossom Paintings by Love, Limzy

Lim Zhi Wei of Love, Limzy, is a Singapore-based artist who brings us

these fanciful ladies whose gowns are designed from beautiful blossoms!

Whether blooms, buds or petals, they're artfully and delicately arranged

so that we can envision luxurious layers of tulle, satin or taffeta!

Limzy -her nickname- paints the rest to complete these

gorgeous ballgowns and ruffled tutus.

No doubt they smell even prettier than they look!

The Colorful Cat Studio's Wonderful Watercolors

I must draw your attention to Rachel Byler, a talented watercolor artist.
Rachel, from the sweet town of Hershey in my home state of Pennsylvania,
calls her shop The Colorful Cat Studio.
Her work is exceptional, as you'll see by these examples.
Notice her subtle changes of different shades, as in the
heron wings and hibiscus petals. Gorgeous!

Glass Garden Sculptures by Craig Mitchell Smith

"Yellow Rose"

A highlight of my trip to Ohio this fall was a day spent at Stan Hywet in Akron.

At the time, they were featuring an event called "Bloom!"

by glass artist Craig Mitchell Smith.

32 of his oversize sculptures were displayed throughout beautiful gardens.

What a treat to meander through the property and find

his gorgeous sculptures, each more enchanting than the last!
