Melbourne, Australia is the home of graphic designer and illustrator Laura McKellar.
Her embroidery art really caught my eye!
To start, I liked these photos of stylish retro women with their hairspray-laden bouffants.
Laura worked her magic and added an extraordinary floral hat, or a funky mask,
embroidering it to add depth, detail and pizzazz!

Quirky? Indeed.
And fun. And imaginative.
